ADP Pay Insights - U.S. Median Annual Pay and Pay Growth

One row per month and breakdown category with median annual pay in nominal U.S. dollars and median year-over-year pay change for U.S. workers, computed from anonymized ADP payroll records. Coverage runs from November 2020 through June 2026. The table combines worker type, gender, age band, industry, firm size, and state categories; filter aggregation before comparing groups or summarizing. Pay change is a matched-worker year-over-year measure, and annual pay values are medians rather than distributional microdata.
