Surveyed African Countries in the Afrobarometer ODA Corpus

One row per country or ODA region entry in the Afrobarometer Online Data Analysis corpus, with the internal region identifiers and the survey rounds in which that country appears. The table covers 55 entries across rounds R1 through R10; some ODA region rows currently have no surveyed rounds, so use the round participation fields before treating every row as observed survey coverage.
