Allen-Unger Historical Commodity Price Observations

One row per commodity price observation in a named market and year, with original and standardized values plus the source measure and currency used for interpretation. The published table contains 125,588 observations covering 160 commodities across 193 markets from year 965 through 1914. The corpus is a frozen historical archive, not a continuing price feed; the optional variety field is null for about three quarters of rows and standardized values are missing for about 1.2% of rows.
