French Fixed Broadband Deployment by Commune

One row per French commune in ARCEP's fixed high and very-high-speed broadband deployment extract, with INSEE geography, infrastructure-operator identifiers, target premises, deployed premises, deployment rates, zoning, and forecast/end-date fields. The profiled 2026 resource has 34,919 rows and covers mainland and overseas communes. Some planning date fields contain source sentinels such as NA, so use the deployment and zoning fields as planning indicators rather than a clean observation-date series.
