National FttH Quality Indicators

One row per month for national ARCEP FttH quality indicators, including connection-within-60-days and subscriber-fault-rate measures. The profile contains 30 monthly rows from 2023-04 through 2025-09. Values are source strings, so decimal-comma percentages should be cast by downstream analysis when numeric calculations are needed.
