French Telephone Routing Prefixes

One row per telephone routing prefix in ARCEP's MAJPORTA registry, with the prefix, mnemonic holder, and attribution date. The current profile has 1,500 rows. This is an administrative routing-reference table, not a measured traffic or time-series dataset.
